Detailed design development of the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct will begin shortly, led by successful proponent Seymour Whyte Constructions, Civmec Construction & Engineering and Aurecon Australasia with the Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery following a competitive tender process.

The alliance, comprising, internationally renowned architects along with West Australian manufacturers and builders, will be tasked with design development, site investigations and early works preparation.

The alliance team will integrate ideas and feedback from community consultation.

Daniel Pastorelli will remain as the Government lead for the project and will chair the Project Steering Committee.
